Assistant to Chairman of Board (Guangzhou)

Client: Large Chinese finance & investment company

Position: Assistant to Chairman of Board

Location: Guangzhou, travel required to and from China & USA

Responsibilities:-
- Assisting in promotion of the business to help domestic enterprises to list on OTCBB or Nasdaq as required by Chairman of Board; responsible for the communication between the China and U.S teams and for document translation.
- Responsible for reception of important foreign guests; accompanying senior executives in significant business activities and serving as an interpreter.
- Assisting Chairman of Board in routine work and coordinating work in New York branch.
- Able to translate documents such as work report and minutes from English to Chinese and vice
versa independently; assisting in drafting documents such as letters and reports in Chinese and English.

Qualifications:-
- Native English speaker with a degree majoring in Chinese Language Study
- Good command of Chinese in listening, reading and writing
- Strong communication skills as well as able to work under pressure
- Extensive experience in finance industry and overseas working experience is a plus

Remuneration: US$80,000 - US$120,000 gross per year
